YOGA, PILATES INSTRUCTOR & THAI MASSAGE THERAPIST

Originally from Hanoi, Vietnam, Trinh discovered her passion for group fitness and health coaching while studying economics in London. After a decade in the corporate world and a personal crisis, she reignited her love for mindful movement. In 2014, she founded Zenergy Studio, combining self-massage, Pilates, and yoga to promote self-healing. Trinh encourages consistency, guiding clients through weekly studio sessions and personalized daily exercises at home, helping hundreds on their journey to health and self-healing.
