Originally from Hanoi, Vietnam, Trinh discovered her passion for mindful movement and holistic well-being during her economics studies in London. After a decade in the corporate world, she followed her heart and founded Zenergy Studio in 2014, expanding her vision with Studio Ôm Brussels in 2024. Trinh’s unique approach blends yoga and pilates with her love for traditional chinese medicine, incorporating daily self-acupressure and yin yoga to inspire self-healing and transformation.
