YOGA & PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Mélissa Garcia, originally from Brussels, started her dedicated yoga practice in 2016. Inspired by her first teacher's advice to "accept what's going on in life without trying to change anything," she completed Hot Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and began teaching. In 2021, she furthered her journey with a 200-hour yoga training in Guatemala, marking significant personal and professional growth. Mélissa now passionately guides her students in their weekly practice.

Yoga unites mind, body, and breath through synchronized movement, promoting a healthy lifestyle. Mélissa's practice builds self-confidence by embracing your true self, beyond appearance.

AFTER HER CLASS YOU WILL EXPERIENCE a sense of lightness, release, and positive energy from within. Through mindful movement, she takes the time to describe postures, ensuring everyone feels confident in their practice.


SHE FINDS DAILY INSPIRATION IN travelling and nature, finding peace and serenity for her personal practice. Additionally, she reads spiritual books to enrich the meditation and yoga classes she offers.
