KIDS YOGA TEACHER

With eight years as a social worker, particularly with children, Julie experienced emotional burnout and turned to yoga for peace in 2017. After completing a children's yoga teacher training at Santosha Yoga Studio in 2022, she is now pursuing art therapy to further her well-being journey. 


HER TEACHING PHILOSOPHY: Focuses on children's emotional care, deep breathing, movement coordination, and finding inner calm through play.

AFTER HER PARENT-CHILD CLASS YOU WILL EXPERIENCE  embracing emotions, strengthening bonds, and communicating through movement, fostering self-confidence, trust, and relaxation while creating cherished memories. Duos—parent-child, grandparent-grandchild, or godparent-godchild—are welcome, focusing on the heart connection with one adult and one child aged 5 to 12 years.


SHE FINDS DAILY INSPIRATION IN teaching kids or family yoga, exploring train travel, healthy local vegetarian cooking, and reading.
