YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Elena Dany began her yoga journey at 18 after struggling with back pain throughout her teenage years. She explored various sports but found relief in yoga, thanks to her mentor, Dr. Gopal, an authentic yogi from India, who recognized her potential as a teacher. In 2017, Elena earned her 200-hour certification in Belgium, followed by additional training in yin yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra, and advanced yoga anatomy. As a dedicated student, Elena incorporates her deep knowledge of anatomy into her classes, focusing on a functional approach that adapts postures to the individual.


HER TEACHING PHILOSOPHY:

Elena believes yoga should be accessible to all. In her classes, she helps clients align postures comfortably, emphasizing breath and mindfulness to deepen their practice.

AFTER HER CLASS YOU WILL EXPERIENCE connection with your body, mind and soul. Better understanding of what is happening inside you and why. Confidence in your postures (asanas). Inspiration for your everyday life.


SHE FINDS DAILY INSPIRATION IN people that surround her. Elena is a people person - it’s all about connection, communication and community. In her free time, she loves to read books and have long walks.
