YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Originally from northern Italy and having lived in London, Elena moved to Brussels in 2018. She began practicing yoga in 2017, finding strength and self-discovery during challenging times. After the pandemic, she completed a 200-hour teacher training and now teaches Hatha, Power, and Gentle Flow Yoga in Brussels, offering a blend of balance, strength, and meditation for all levels.


HER TEACHING PHILOSOPHY:

Believing in breath's power to guide movement and thought, she sees yoga as a way to connect deeply with ourselves and our surroundings.

SHE FINDS DAILY INSPIRATION IN the little things, the love for her family, and the awareness of being able to accept what life offers her.
