Brienne Mizell, a professionally trained dancer and movement instructor from the U.S., discovered her passion for mindful movement through yoga and Pilates. Her global practice spans Canada, Australia, Turkey, Egypt, India, and Europe, with her current base in Brussels, Belgium.

HER TEACHING PHILOSOPHY:

Movement is crucial for a healthy lifestyle and maintaining mobility into later life. Combining music and breath, her practice helps you refocus on your body and mind, free from external distractions.

AFTER HER CLASS YOU WILL EXPERIENCE a sense of release and regained energy from within. I used mindful meditation and movement to create a space without judgment in how people's bodies create and take space in a studio.


SHE FINDS DAILY INSPIRATION IN various dance styles, including contemporary, modern, and Kathak, as well as nature, which influences her meditation and breathwork. She also enjoys learning from other yoga practices and instructors, often discussing insights over tea after class.
