Originally from the UK, Abi found yoga and meditation in 2020 during a fast-paced career. She now shares the peace she gained through daily practice. Certified in Mindfulness-based Emotional Intelligence Leadership and trained in Rishikesh, she incorporates these into her adaptable classes.


HER TEACHING FILOSOPHY:

Abi views yoga as a holistic practice that integrates a yogic lifestyle with Western life. With a biomedical background, she merges scientific research with ancient wisdom, emphasizing breath control and mindful movement.

AFTER HER CLASS YOU WILL EXPERIENCE a great sense of calm within your body and mind. Connection with your breath. Practical tools to take with you into everyday life for controlling your mind, breath and body during high pressure & stressful situations.


SHE FINDS DAILY INSPIRATION IN lifelong learning, travel, and meeting new people. Friendly and approachable, she enjoys hearing stories and connecting with others. In her free time, she’s a trail runner who connects with nature in the forest.
