  • What should I wear to a yoga class?
Comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion is ideal for yoga practice. Consider wearing form-fitting but stretchy tops and bottoms. Avoid clothing that is too loose or restrictive.
  • Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
While we provide yoga mats for communal use, you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Using your own mat can enhance your comfort and hygiene during practice. We also offer mats for purchase if you'd like to have your own.
  • I'm new to yoga. Which class should I start with?
We offer a variety of classes suitable for beginners, including gentle yoga, beginner's flow, and introductory workshops. Our instructors are experienced in guiding newcomers through the fundamentals of yoga, so feel free to join any class labeled as suitable for beginners.
  • What if I have injuries or physical limitations?
It's important to inform your instructor about any injuries or physical limitations before the class begins. Our instructors are trained to offer modifications and adjustments to accommodate individual needs and ensure a safe and enjoyable practice for all students.
  • How early should I arrive for class?
We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time to sign in, set up your mat, and settle into the space. Arriving early allows you to start your practice in a relaxed state of mind and ensures that you don't disrupt the class once it has begun.
